AIGC Content Policy: what AIPose will never generate

The content standards for AIPose AI generations: prohibited categories, how violations are handled, how to report abuse, and how we moderate content.

Last updated: 2026-11-02

Purpose

AIPose generates AI images of people — trying on outfits, changing poses, restyling photos. Image generation is powerful, and a small number of uses can cause real harm. This policy sets out the content standards every user must follow, what happens when they are violated, how to report abuse, and how we moderate content.

It applies to every generation on AIPose, to uploaded reference photos, and to prompts. It is part of our Terms of Service; using the service means accepting it.

Prohibited content

You must not use AIPose — whether through prompts, uploaded images, or any combination of features — to create any of the following:

  1. Sexual content / NSFW. Sexually explicit imagery, nudity with sexual intent, fetish content, or any sexualized depiction of a real person. Bikini and swimwear scenes in a non-sexual, ordinary context (for example a beach scene) are permitted; anything intended to sexualize the subject is not.
  2. Violence and gore. Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or imagery that glorifies or incites violent acts against real people or groups.
  3. Hate speech and harassment. Content that attacks, demeanes, or incites hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation — including slurs, supremacist symbols, and targeted harassment.
  4. Child safety violations. Any sexualized, nude, or violent imagery involving minors — real or AI-generated, photorealistic or stylized. This category has zero tolerance: reported material is removed, the account is permanently banned, and we report to the relevant child-protection authorities and platforms as required by law.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation. Photorealistic images that place an identifiable real person in fabricated situations meant to deceive — fake endorsements, fabricated scandals, political disinformation, or nude/sexual imagery of any real person. Uploading another person's photo without their permission to generate images of them is also prohibited. Public-figure content must not misrepresent what they actually said or did.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement. Generating images that reproduce copyrighted characters, artworks, logos, or trademarked designs for commercial use without a license, or uploading artwork you do not own in order to copy an artist's style or signature work.

When you upload a photo, you confirm you own it or have the depicted person's permission, and that the person is of legal age.

How violations are handled

Enforcement is proportionate to the violation:

  • Blocked generation. Most violations are stopped before an image is produced — the request is refused and nothing is generated or charged where the block happens before credit consumption.
  • Content removal. Images that violate this policy are removed from your gallery and from our storage, including images already generated.
  • Warning. First-time, lower-severity violations usually result in a warning explaining what happened.
  • Account suspension or termination. Repeated violations, or any single severe violation (child safety, sexual deepfakes of real people), result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund of remaining credits where the terms allow.
  • Law enforcement cooperation. Child safety violations and credible threats are reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

How to report abuse

If you find content generated on AIPose that violates this policy — including an image of yourself created without your consent — report it:

  • Email: support@aipose.org
  • What to include: the image or its URL (from your gallery or ours), a short description of the problem, and — for impersonation of you — a note that you are the person depicted.

We review every report and aim to respond within 48 hours. Content that clearly violates this policy is removed while the report is being reviewed. If you are reported mistakenly, we restore anything wrongfully removed.

How we moderate content

Moderation works in layers, before and after generation:

  1. Model-level safeguards. We generate images exclusively through established, commercial AI models — FLUX.3 Klein (Black Forest Labs), Nano Banana Pro (Google), GPT Image (OpenAI), and Seedream (ByteDance). Each of these providers operates its own input and output safety filters and usage policies, and our use of them is bound by those terms.
  2. Prompt screening. Prompts are screened before a generation runs; requests matching prohibited categories are refused.
  3. Output review. Generated images pass automated checks; flagged images are held back instead of being shown.
  4. Human review of reports. The reports submitted via the channel above are reviewed by a person, not just automation, and decisions can be appealed by replying to the review email.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service and the law evolve. The "Updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are announced on the site.
